Jennifer Dumin is an attorney with Berner Klaw & Watson, practicing all aspects of family law in Pennsylvania, including custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, grandparent disputes, health care directives, LGBTQ families, adoption, paternity, parental relocation, alimony and spousal support. Ms. Dumin earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003, and her Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2006. Her undergraduate child and family development studies and graduate studies in social work produced an attorney sensitive to the emotional issues inherent in family law matters. Ms. Dumin serves as a volunteer lawyer for the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and was part of the team that won VIP’s 2016 top award. She has also been named to the First Judicial District’s Pro Bono Roll of Honor and as a PA Super Lawyer-Rising Star. Ms. Dumin is a contributing writer for The Legal Intelligencer’s online family law column and teaches continuing legal education courses for the Nicholas Cipriani American Inn of Court, often focusing on topical LGBTQ family law issues.
